Lindsay Lohan didn't puss out for her Playboy shoot. The actress will show 'everything' in her upcoming spread ... i.e. the holy trifecta...or as one source close to Playboy put it, "boobs, ass, and vag." This has caused some to speculate that Lindsay will pull out all the stops and include an open muff and spread ass hole shot. Playboy will likely depict Lindsay's spread pussy lips showing the public for the first time whether she does in fact have a clit ring or not.
