22-year-old gunman Jared Lee Loughner, had posted several videos on YouTube prior to his killing spree.

The videos tell of Loughner’s mistrust in the government as well as focusing on literacy and currency issues. One of the videos posted on December 15 includes text which says, “The majority of citizens in the united states of America have never read the united states of America’s constitution. You don’t have to accept the federalist laws,”
The shootings occurred at an event in Tucson, Arizona and two of the people who were killed were a 9-year-old child and an Arizona judge. Other victims included Congresswoman Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords who was critically wounded. According to the Faux News article Loughner has been identified as the suspect being held by law enforcement sources who wish to stay anonymous, but Loughner has not yet been publicly named. Details about Loughner on his YouTube page say that his hometown is Tucson and that he went to Northwest Aztec College and also Pima County Community College.
His interests are shown as reading books such as Mein Kampf, the Communist Manifesto and Animal Farm and another interest that Loughner listed was ‘conscience dreaming.’ Three months ago Loughner also wrote on MySpace about the Pima County Community College saying, “The teachers are taking advantage of you in the first and Fifth Amendment. The United States Constitution, which is the law, can be broken at this school. Thank you and goodnight.” The simple words “Goodbye friends” are the last entry written on his MySpace page.
Sarah Palin's website portrays Rep. Giffords in crosshairs of a gun sight along with the inflammatory lines “We’ve diagnosed the problem… Help us prescribe the solution.” The text turns ominously blood red for the line “Help us prescribe the solution.”

The fact that no one ever made that moron Palin cease and desist with the retreat reload bullshit speaks loudly. She was clearly inciting this kind of action. She ought to be tried for treason; at the very least run back to Alaska so she and her inbred family can hunt helpless animals for food (it's 2011- there aren't any freaking grocery stores in Wasilla?) The fact that this happened in McCain's backyard is ironic. He introduced this peon to the world and he should be held accountable.
